Stamping on Glass wants you to be satisfied with your purchase.  We offer our customers the quarantee that is given by the manufacturer of the item.  In most cases we agree to replace or exchange an item you are not completely satisfied with, if it is returned within 30 days of purchase.

The first step is to send an email to info@millefiorimagic.com outlining the problem.  You will be given authoriztion to return the item for replacement or exchange.
